Power BI has become a popular way to visualize what’s happening in the business, and we’ve received many requests for an integration with Power BI. Therefore, we’re thrilled to introduce this exciting update that enables you to display current content from Power BI on your information screens with just a few clicks.
Easy and efficient to fetch and display content
An integration is more like a “digital gateway” from one system to another, allowing you to retrieve the desired content. We’ve offered other integrations for some time, such as with Facebook, for easy display of news from there.
With this integration against Power BI, PinToMind can automatically fetch and display current reports and dashboards for posts on your information screens. It can’t be easier!
More new integrations
Recognizing the usefulness and popularity of extracting content from other systems, we’ve, along with the new Power BI integration, also ensured integration with SharePoint, Microsoft, and Google calendars.
The latter might be especially appreciated, as you no longer need a public ics feed to display a calendar. By authenticating with Google or Microsoft, you can now display calendars that aren’t public.

To simplify administration, we’ve gathered all the integrations in one place. You’ll find them in the Integration Section of the Library.
How it works
- Select integration: Go to the integration section in the Library and choose the desired integration.
- Authenticate your account: Authentication is required to enable the integration. It’s done in a few simple steps, requiring nothing more than following a login wizard and approving access to the necessary data.
- Available resources at your fingertips: After authentication, you’ll see an overview of the resources that come with the integration. Add the resources you want to use to the Library, and they’ll be readily available for posts now or later.
Simple and secure
We’ve made it simple and secure. We ask only for what’s necessary; you retain complete control over the permissions.
Always up-to-date screens
With integrations, your digital signage screens are always updated with current and relevant content. Everything is just a few clicks away, from Power BI reports to social media updates and calendar events.
However, please be aware that some of this functionality is still in beta - yet fully available for you to use. We encourage you to explore one or more of the integrations! We believe you’ll love it.
