We're a Norwegian company, but just as our solution is global, our team works remotely from various locations in Norway and around the world. Contrary to traditional office setups, the Favo Team doesn't meet daily, weekly, or monthly. We come together only a couple of times a year. And you might wonder, can that work?

Absolutely! We've gained only positive experiences with remote work, drawing inspiration from Jason Fried's corporate philosophy at 37 signals. We have intentionally embraced this flexible work approach.

And when we come together, we ensure that it's both inspiring and purposeful. As it was in beautiful Lisbon not too long ago.
