An introduction to PinToMind Go

Sharing a channel to Go is included in all subscriptions. You can share one channel to Go per screen in your subscription: either the one displayed on the wall or a dedicated Go channel.

Log in to your account or start a free trial to get started. If you'd like a guided start, our support pages offer great resources on how to use Go.

Easy-to-read design and format
Most posts can be shared to Go, where they are displayed in an optimised design. The content is presented in a scrollable, easy-to-read list. As an administrator, you can control the order of the posts and add scheduling if desired. You can also organise content into different sections, such as Latest News and Calendars, for a cleaner view.

Add extra information
Digital signage posts should be brief. But sometimes you might want to say a bit more. In Go, you can easily expand on what you've briefly mentioned on the main screen, and add links or PDFs. This way, you can, for example, share an agenda or include a link to a registration form. Smart, right?

Handy setup for Go channels
You can share one channel to Go per screen in your subscription plan: The channel displayed on the wall or a dedicated Go channel. With our handy setup for dedicated Go channels, you'll unlock additional display options: For example, you can organise posts in areas, by category, making it easier to create a clear and well-structured presentation for mobile view.

Share openly or invite users
Open sharing: You can make a Go channel accessible to the public via a sharing code or QR. It's super easy - and perfect when you want as many people as possible to find and follow the channel.

Invite-only: Alternatively, you can limit access to invited users by sending a link via email from your PinToMind account. This is a great option if you want control over who has access at all times.

Find and follow Go channels

Download PinToMind Go from the App Store or Google Play. Open the app and add a channel using the sharing code or QR code. For invite-only channels, you'll need a link from the account owner.

Accessible to everyone
Information should be easy to access for everyone. That's why the app automatically adjusts to the user's device settings. This includes features like text size and screen reading. It ensures an optimal experience for all, regardless of their needs.

Prefer using dark mode?
The app looks great in dark mode, and it automatically adjusts to your device's light or dark mode settings by default. If you have specific preferences, you can also customise the app's settings to select your preferred mode independently of your device.
