The goal with our support pages is to give useful and efficient self-help. Many people think it’s great to be able to figure things out without having to ask. 💪
The support team therefore works regularly to create and publish good support articles and helpful guides, and keep them up to date. But there is no requirement from us that you start there. For us, it is important that you get help in the way that suits you best.
