The hotel already had information screens located centrally in the open and stylish reception. So they knew the PinToMind software, and when given the opportunity they were more than ready to try the new additional package, Hospitality. Now they are up and running, and are very happy with this solution.

This is how it works

With “Hospitality” as an additional package, one of the screen-channels in the PinToMind-account is dedicated to the hotel-tv-solution, and this is distributed as a channel on the hotel’s own TV-system. The system can either have a player built in for display, or can be connected to a PC which streams to the TV-system.

Professional, flexible and easy

– We distributed basic information about the hotel and the guests’ stay on our hotel-TV also earlier, tells the hotel director Anne Helliesen. - But it was complicated, based on a powerpoint-presentation and a memory stick. PinToMind Hospitality is much more professional, flexible and easy to use, she asserts.

Simplification and quality assurance using scheduling

She particularly highlights the possibility of planning and scheduling as beneficial.

– It ensures that the content displayed is always up to date, she says, and explains how some of the information they share is more or less permanently there, while other posts can be temporary, linked to special events, or to different times of the year.

– With scheduling, content is not displayed longer than it should be, and we also like the option to plan ahead of time, so that posts can be published automatically on a given date.

Catching the attention in the elevator

At our visit at the hotel, we from PinToMind thought it was interesting to notice that the hotel has a small digital bulleting board in each elevator.

-Yes, it can be nice to have something to fix your eyes on in the lift, where you just stand and wait and there is not much else to look at, smiles Anne. - Then it is convenient to have useful and relevant information from the hotel right there, she believes.

And we couldn’t agree more! All in all, it was incredibly inspiring to see how Clarion Hotel Air use our solution to convey information to their guests in such a neat and stylish way! 🤩
