With PinToMind you do not have to be alone in updating the content on your public screens, - one can have at least 3 users per account. Are you by yourself, invite a colleague who can help you keep the public screens updated!

Remove old users and invite new ones 👨💻👩💻
Make sure to also keep an eye on the list of users on your account. Are there any users there who no longer work with you? Remove those users who are irrelevant and invite new colleagues, so that you together can manage the content of your digital signage screens.
You find your user administration under “Users” in the menu in the upper left corner of your account.
Different user access
When you have sent a user invitation, you can decide that the user shall be an administrator and have full access to the account, or that he shall have limited rights.
If you choose limited access, you can select which screens the user shall be able publish to, and if this user shall be able to edit everyone’s posts or just his own. The user at the top of the list, becomes the contact person for the account.
