Scheduling - a very useful feature
During a week’s time, the church hosts many different activities, and people from many different age groups, as well as different social groups, pass by the information desk and the church’s information screens. In order to display the right information during the right time, and to the right group of people, Mike uses the feature Scheduling of posts, which enables him to plan and set the exact time for the posts to be displayed on the screen.
- I like the possibility to schedule the posts, and it is such a simple task to make a schedule, you don't need to be an Einstein to do it, you just pull the sliders, and you are done!
Displays various content on several screens
By the information desk at the church entrance, Mike displays information aimed for that particular location, and on the information screen in the café he displays café prices, and other information suited for the café operations. - Again, it is such an easy task. It is simple to create posts and then move them around in the flow, in the wanted order, and to choose where and when the posts should be displayed, Mike says.
Great overview and easily managed
Mike manages all the screen content on his computer or smart phone from his PinToMind-account, where you have a great overview already from the first page, over which posts are displayed on what screen, and the time and order they will be displayed.
