Remote assistance with TeamViewer
We use TeamViewer as a tool for remote assistance. Make an appointment with us via email@example.com, and we will help you!
Here is a "recipe" for letting us see and manage your desktop:
- Click on the link: TeamViewer Quicksupport
- When asked if you want to drive or save, select "drive"
- Select "Yes" when asked whether Teamviewer can make changes on the machine
- Click "Allow" when asked if we can see and manage your desktop
